We’re delighted to announce that we have updated our mobile app, bringing members a refreshed design and a simpler mobile banking experience. 

Whether you’re checking your balance, reviewing recent transactions or managing a loan application, the updated app is designed to help you get where you need to go more quickly.

And don’t worry, while the app has a fresh new look, your login details, security settings and favourite features remain exactly the same.

Applying for a loan, topping up an existing loan or checking your loan details is now more straightforward. 

The updated Loans section brings everything together in one place, making it easier to manage existing loans, apply for a new loan or top up an existing one. You can also pick up where you left off at any stage of your loan application.

We’ve also refreshed the payments section to make everyday transactions easier to manage. 

Whether you’re making a payment, moving money between balances or managing your payees, everything is now easier to access from one dedicated area. 

The Same App You Already Trust 

While the app looks different, some things haven’t changed. 

You can continue to use: 

• Your existing Username  
• Your current password 
• Your usual verification method 
• Face ID or fingerprint login (if already enabled)
