Failed Debit Card Payment

Please be aware that we are currently having a problem with card payments. The problem arose because our Payment Providers who administer our card payments are in the process of improving the security of your account.  These security enhancements will take a number of weeks to be fully implemented, unfortunately, this means that some card payments are not automatically going through.

If you get a failed payment message, please log onto your online account and manually make the payment.

If you don’t have an online account, please ring our dedicated Member Service Centre 01 8513400 where our phones team will help you with the transaction. Otherwise, you can register here for an online account with an existing Member First Credit Union Account.


Please be aware that due to a high volume of calls- your call won’t immediately be answered and there might be a lengthy wait.
