MFCU Swords Branch Will Be Temporarily Closed: Member Notice 

The Member First Credit Union (MFCU) Swords branch closure is scheduled for a short period to allow essential renovation work to take place. The closure is temporary and has been planned to minimise disruption while ensuring the branch can continue to serve members better in the future. 

When Will the MFCU Swords Branch Be Closed? 

The MFCU Swords branch will be closed from Tuesday, 27th January until Monday, 2nd February. The branch will reopen on Tuesday, 3rd February at 9.30am, returning to normal opening hours. 

Members planning in-branch visits during this time should take note of these dates. 

Why the Branch Is Temporarily Closing 

The closure is to facilitate essential renovations. These works are necessary to maintain the branch environment and improve the overall experience for members. 

We understand the inconvenience, but carrying out the renovations in one short window helps avoid longer or repeated disruptions later. 

What Members Can Do During the Swords branch Closure 

While our Swords branch closure will be in effect for the mentioned dates, members will continue to have full access to services through other channels. 

All other Member First Credit Union branches will remain open as normal. This means you can visit any of our other locations for in-person service. 

Member service phone lines will operate as usual. If you need assistance or have questions, you can call us during regular business hours. 

Account management will not be impacted. Your accounts continue to function normally, and you can access all your usual services. 

This ensures members can still access support and complete essential banking tasks without delay. 

Manage Your Account Online During the Closure 

Members can also manage their accounts online using the MFCU Mobile App during the Swords branch closure. 

The app allows members to check balances, view transactions, transfer funds, and manage their accounts at any time. You can do most of what you’d normally do in the branch, right from your phone. 

This can be especially helpful during the renovation period when the Swords branch is temporarily closed. If you haven’t used the app before, now’s a great time to download it and get familiar with it.
